Services for Frederick A. "Fred" Neumeister, 74, 13001 N. Cascade Road, will be at 10:30 a.m. Monday at Dennis Kitchen Funeral Home, 3860 Asbury Road.
Burial will be in Dubuque Memorial Gardens, south of Dubuque. Friends may call from 2 t0 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
He was born on May 7, 1920, in Dubuque, son of Frederick W. and Amelia (Kleih) Neumeister. He died at 7:30 a.m. Friday, April 28, 1995 at home.
He married Mildred L. Waller on March 25, 1947 at St. Matthew's Lutheran Church, Dubuque.
He was a member of the Masonic Temple, Dubuque Lodge 3, A.F.&A.M. and the Oxus Grotto M.O.V.P.E.R. in Asbury, Iowa.
Surviving are his wife, Mildred L. (Waller) Neumeister; two brothers, Dr. William C. (and Mary Helen) Neumeister and John (and Arlene) Neumesiter, both of Dubuque; and a foster sister, Ruth Hackbarth, of Watertown, Wis.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and a foster sister, Mrs. Charles (Katherine) Bregman.
The family requests no flowers. A Frederick A. "Fred" Neumeister Memorial Fund has been established by his family.
