Mrs. Budd M. (Anna C.) Oulman, 82, of 1800 Auburn Street, died at 4:45 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 16, 2003, at The Finley Hospital, Dubuque.

Services will be at 11:30 a.m. Monday at St. Mary's Catholic Church, with burial in Mount Calvary Cemetery, both in Dubuque. Friends may call from 2 to 8 p.m. today at Behr Funeral Home, 1491 Main Street, where a parish wake service will be held at 2 p.m. and a Catholic Daughters of the Americas Rosary will be held at 6 p.m. The Women of the Moose will also meet at 5 p.m. today at Behr's for their memorial service.

She was born Dec. 2. 1920, in Dubuque, daughter of William and Lena (Lelle) Grevas. Anna married Budd M. Oulman on Feb. 20, 1941, in Unionsville, Missouri; he preceded her in death on Jan. 26, 1985.

Mrs. Oulman was a full-time wife, mother and homemaker.

Anna was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church and the Catholic Daughters of the Americas. She was a long-time member of the Women of the Moose.

She was an active volunteer and worked in the cafeteria of St. Mary's School and was a Girl Scout Leader for many years. She was a member of the Mercy Auxiliary and often worked in the Mercy Gift Shop.

Surviving are three daughters, Judy B. (Tom) Teal, Debbie M. (Lyle) Biedermann, both of Dubuque, and Linda A. (Randy) Revelle, of Hayward, Wis.; five grandchildren, Gary Miller, Barbara Green, Julie Klar, Stephanie Ahrens and Danielle Revelle; two step-grandchildren, Alan Biedermann and Jeremy Biedermann; three sisters, Irene (Wayne) Jewett, of Orange Park, Fla., Rosemary (Don) Acuff, of Aurora, Ill., Lucille (Jim) Koppes, of Dubuque; two brothers, Andy Grevas and John (Betty) Nicks, both of Dubuque and many nieces and nephews.

She also was preceded in death by a granddaughter, Angela Klar; a brother, Nick (Bernadine) Grevas; and a sister-in-law, Odette Grevas.

An Anna C. Oulman Memorial Fund has been established.
