Becky S. Gantenbein, 33, of 2133 Central Ave., died Thursday, Sept. 25, 2003, at Mercy Medical Center-Dubuque, as the result of injuries sustained from a fall.

Services will be at 11:30 a.m. Monday at Egelhof, Siegert & Casper Westview Funeral Home, 2659 Kennedy Road, where friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m., today, Sunday. Burial will be in Linwood Cemetery.

She worked at the Dubuque Inn for the past 14 years.

She was born on Oct. 12, 1969, daughter of David and Jean (Dorschner) Gantenbein.

Becky graduated from Hempstead High School in 1988. She had a very tender, caring heart and loved animals, children and the elderly.

She was a member of St. Matthew's Lutheran Church.

Surviving are a son, Michael Gantenbein, at home; her parents, David and Jean Gantenbein, of Dubuque; a special friend, Parish Brown; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.

A trust fund is being established for Michael's education.
