Chad M. Sisbach, 20, of Dubuque, formerly of Epworth, Iowa, died Tuesday, July 15, 2003, at his parents' home in Epworth.
Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Friday at St. Patrick's Catholic Church, Epworth, with the Rev. Raymond Burkle officiating. Burial will be in Mount Olivet Cemetery, Key West, Iowa. Friends may call from 3 to 9 p.m. today at Reiff Funeral Home, Epworth, where there will be a wake service at 4:30 p.m.
Mr. Sisbach worked at Radio Shack in Dubuque.
He was born on Aug. 30, 1982, in Houston, son of Steve and Tara (Sweeney) Sisbach.
He was a 2001 graduate of Western Dubuque High School, Epworth, where he was very active in the Show Choir, Speech, Drama Club and Show Band. He was a member of St. Patrick's Parish in Epworth.
Surviving are his parents, Steve and Tara Sisbach, of Epworth; a sister, Tristan Sisbach, of Epworth; his grandparents, Joseph "Jude" and Lois Sweeney, of Asbury, Iowa, Marlene Sisbach, of Peosta, Iowa, and Arleigh (Rickie) Sisbach, of Revere, Mo.; his fiance, Lisa Hendershott, of Dubuque; 12 aunts and uncles, Tammie (Bryan) Aivazian, of Casper, Wyo., Sandy (Wes) Siebe, of Peosta, Julie (Lyle) Daughetee, of Robins, Iowa, Jill (Todd) Keil, of Dubuque, Julie (Steve) Brickman, of Covert, Mich., and Linda (Dennis) Murray, of East Dubuque, Ill.; and 12 cousins.
