JEMISON, Ala. - Robert D. Stevens, 19, of Jemison, went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, April 15, 2003, in Alabama.

Memorial services were held in Clanton. Burial was in Pinehill Cemetery, Jemison. The Martin Funeral Home, Clanton, was in charge of arrangements.

He was born on April 27, 1983, son of Nancy Jo Ray and Robert "Bob" Stevens.

Surviving are his mother, Nancy Jo Ray, of Jemison; his father, Robert Stevens, of Dubuque; his maternal grandparents, Kenneth and Constance Ray, of Jemison; his paternal grandmother, Anna J. Stevens, of Dubuque; sisters, Bobbi Jean Nauman, Alexsis Pregler and Marin Ray; a brother, Travis Stevens; and many aunts, uncles and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Francis J. Stevens.

A Robert Stevens Memorial Fund has been established at Dupaco Community Credit Union.
