Kenneth Holm, 73, of Needville Texas, formerly of Dubuque, died Monday, March 31, 2003, in Needville.

Services and burial will be in Needville. The Garmany & Carden Funeral Home, Needville, is in charge of arrangements.

Mr. Holm retired from the former Dubuque Packing Co.

He was born on March 16, 1930, son of Oscar and Ruth Holm. He married Florine Rutan on Sept. 18 1954.

Surviving are four daughters, Connie Jochee, Linda Calhoun, Julie Holm and Arlene Holm, all of Needville; a son, Allen Holm, of Needville; a sister, Velma Block, of Dubuque; nine grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Florine (Rutan) Holm; his parents, Oscar and Ruth Holm; and two brothers, Ralph and Arnie Holm.
