Wilma L. Nugent, 70, of Port Richey, Fla., formerly of Dubuque, died Monday, Feb. 10, 2003, at Regional Medical Center Bayonet Point, Port Richey.

Communion services will be at 8 a.m. Saturday at St. Columbkille's Catholic Church, Dubuque. The Faupel Funeral Home, Port Richey, is in charge of arrangements.

She was born in Dyersville, Iowa, daughter of Leo and Loretta Soppe.

Surviving are her husband, Paul Card; two sons, Thomas Nugent and John Nugent Jr., both of Port Richey; four daughters, Diane Smith, Nancy Drake and Carol Roller, all of Port Richey, and Terri Nugent, of Baltimore; five sisters, Velma McMahon and Janet Felderman, both of Dubuque, Kay Sherrman, of Cedar Falls, Iowa, and MaryAnn Donnelly and Norma Chiaramonte, both of Cedar Rapids, Iowa; seven grandchildren; and a great-grandson.
