The funeral of Ralph Joseph Hemmi, Jr., will be held tomorrow morning from the home, 1636 Jackson street, to St. Patrick's Catholic Church at 9 o'clock, where a mass of the angels will be read. Interment will be made in Mt. Olivet (sic) cemetery. Ralph was born in this city October 16, 1924, and is survived by his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Hemmi; his grandmother, Mrs. Theresa Hemmi, also of this city; his grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. William Riley, Cuba City; also several aunts and uncles.

Four year old lad victim of peculiar mishap dies at hospital.
Search was being made Wednesday for the woman driver of an automobile that plunged off the Sandy Hook road, just east of the Wisconsin end of the upper high bridge, late this afternoon, injuring four-year-old Ralph Hemmi, Jr., 1635 Jackson Street, who died two hours later while on the operating table at Mercy hospital. Ralph suffered a fractured leg during the accident and died while under anesthesia to set his fractured leg. The boy victim of the accident, the only child of Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Hemmi, 1635 Jackson street, was born in Dubuque October 16, 1924. Besides his parents he is survived by his grandmother, Mrs. Theresa Hemmi, also of this city; his grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. William Riley, Cuba City; also several aunts and uncles. The funeral will be held Friday morning from the residence, 1635 Jackson street to St. Patrick's Catholic Church where a requiem mass will be read at 9 o'clock. Burial will be made in Mount Calvary cemetery.
