North End Resident is Dead.
Jos. Hemmi Expired at the Family Residence Saturday Morning.
The entire north end was cast into the deepest sorrow on the announcement of the death of Jos. Hemmi, at the home of his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Christ. Hemmi of 2275 Couler Ave, Saturday morning at 9:30 o'clock. The deceased was 30 years old and had been in the employ of the Dubuque Altar Company for a number of years. Of a kind deposition he won many friends. He was a member of the St. Aloysius Society of the Sacred Heart Church. His parents and two sisters, Mrs. August Koester and Miss Frances, survive him. The funeral will be Monday morning at nine o'clock from the parental home to the Sacred Heart church. Interment will be at Mt. Calvary.
