Mrs. Esther Nicks

Mrs. Esther Nicks, 92, formerly of 2105 Jackson St., died at 5:30 a.m. Thursday at the Windsor Care Center at Cedar Falls, Ia.

She was the widow of Nicholas Nicks, who died in 1965.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at St. Mary’s Church with burial in Mt. Calvary Cemetery. Friends may call after 2 p.m. Monday at Behr’s.

Mrs. Nicks was born in Dubuque.

Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Irene Monks of Detroit, Mich., and Mrs. John (Marjorie) Oltrogge of Waterloo, Ia.; and a son Don of Rockport, Tex.

The Scripture Wake Service will be said at 8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
