BLICHMANN-- Departed this life on July 27, 1932 at 7:45pm, Mrs. Emma Blichmann, beloved wife of Charles W. Blichmann; mother of Miss Bernice, Carl, Edward, Dolf, and Arthur Blichmann; sister of Mrs. Charles Hentrich, August Kress and George Kress, and Fred Beyhl. In her 66th year. The body is lying in state at the Haudenshield Funeral Home from where the funeral services will be held Friday afternoon at 1:45 o'clock to Immanuel Congregational Church at 2 o'clock. The Ladies' Aid society attended the services in a body. The Rev. J. Nevin Lyerly, pastor of the church will officiate. Interment will be in Linwood Cemetery. TH -- July 27, 1932 Wed.

MRS. EMMA BLICHMANN

Mrs. Emma S. Blichmann, who had been ill for a long time, died at the home, 3033 Lemon Street, Tuesday evening at 7:45 o'clock. The body is at the Haudenshield funeral home from where the funeral will be held Friday afternoon at l:45 o'clock to the Immanuel Congregational Church at 2 o'clock. Burial will be made in Linwood Cemetery.

Mrs. Blichmann was born in Dubuque May 25, 1866, and she had always resided in this city.

She is survived by her husband, Charles Blichmann; a daughter, Miss Bernice Blichmann, Chicago; four sons, Carl, Edward, Dolf, and Arthur Blichmann, all of this city; a sister, Mrs. Charles Hentrich, Dubuque; three brothers, August Kress, Lancaster, Wis., George Kress, Center Grove, and *Fred Beyhl, this city. A son, Herbert preceded her in death.

Mrs. Blichmann attended the Immanuel Congregational Church and she was affiliated with the Ladies' Aid society of that parish, the court of Honor, No. 82, the Gold Star Mothers and the auxiliary of the American Legion.
