Walter J. Engling

NORTH BUENA VISTA, Iowa --Walter J. Engling, 85, of North Buena Vista, formerly of Lititz, Pa., died Feb. 23, 2008.

He was born in North Buena Vista, son of Henry P. and Catherine (Steines) Engling. Walter worked at Flexteel, Lancaster, Pa., for 40 years.

Surviving are his wife; Virginia Engling; his children, Mark, Alan and Lee; his sister, Marie Maiers, of Dyersville, two grandchildren; several in-laws; and numerous nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by a son, Patrick Engling, brothers, Francis and Hubert Engling; and sisters, Catherine Palm and Clara Jaeger.
