Dolores M. Schiltz, 83, of Dubuque, died Tuesday, Jan. 29, 2008, at Ennoble Manor Care Center.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at Sacred Heart Catholic Church. Burial will be in Mount Calvary Cemetery. Friends may call from 4 to 7 p.m. today at Hoffmann-Schneider Funeral Home, 1640 Main St.

She was born on Feb. 1, 1924, in Dubuque, daughter of Albert V. and Irene (Bitter) Schiltz. She graduated from the former Immculate Conception Academy, Dubuque.

Dolores was employed as a secretary for Reynolds and Kenline Law Firm for 62 years. She was a member of Sacred Heart Parish.

Surviving are a brother, James H. Schiltz, of Cedar Rapids, Iowa; a sister, Betty A. (John) Kalb, of Dubuque; and 10 nieces and nephews, Jane (Paul) Schoessow, James (Stacey) Schiltz Jr., Margie (John) Fisher, John (Deb) Kalb Jr., Carolyn (Bruce) Braley, Jean Kalb, Robert (Carol) Kalb, Elizabeth Kalb, Steven (Sharon) Kalb, and Janet (Jeff) Kamentz.
