Theodore F. Wick

Theodore F. Wick, 73, of 1934 Hamilton Street, died at the family residence Tuesday morning at 5 o'clock after a lingering illness. The body is resting at the Haudenshield Funeral Home, 2170 Central Avenue, from where the funeral will be held Thursday afternoon at 2 o'clock to St. John's Lutheran Cemetery. The Rev. Martin A. Russert, pastor of the St. Paul's Lutheran Church, will officiate.

Mr. Wick, who was a carpenter by trade, was born in Coeslin, Germany, June 1, 1871, and came to Dubuque in 1889. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Anna Gronau Wick; five children, Mrs. Hugo Probst (Martha), of Rosenberg, Texas, Mrs. John Heinz (Esther), Mrs. Clarence Funk (Margaret), and George Wick, all of this city, and Corp. Edmund Wick, in the U. S. Forces in New Guinea also 17 grandchildren and one great grandchild.
