Francis D. Noonan, 50, of Rt. 1, Peosta, Iowa, died at 12:15 p.m. Wednesday at Finley Hospital. Services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at St. Mary’s Church, with burial in Dubuque Memorial Gardens. Friends may call from 2 to 10 p.m. Friday at Behrs, where the Scripture Wake Service will be held at 8 p.m. Friday. Mr. Noonan was born in Maquoketa, Iowa, and had been employed with the M.P. Kluck Co. He was formerly employed at Table Mound Mobile Home Park. He was a member of the American Legion Post No. 6, the VFW and the Amvets. He was a World War II Navy veteran. Surviving are his wife, the former Beverly Rupert; a daughter, Mrs. Anthony (Mary) Kamp of Peosta; a son, John W. of Dubuque; four grandchildren; his mother, Mrs. Mary Dodds Noonan of Dubuque; four sisters, Mrs. H. J. (Veronica) Vandermillen and Mrs. Kathleen Keating, both of Dubuque, Mrs. Loretta Ringgold of Chicago, and Mrs. Robert (Louise) Nezensky of Maywood, Ill., and two brothers, Clarence C. of Braidwood, Ill., and Raymond X. of Dubuque.
