FARLEY, Iowa -- Helen J. Parker, 66, of Austin, formerly of Farley, died Sunday, June 10, 1990 at Seton Hospital, Austin.
Services will be at 9:30 a.m. Tuesday in the Coloneal Chapel at Cook-Walden Funeral Home, Lamar location, Austin. Burial will be in Capital Memorial Hill, Austin. There will be no visitation.
Mrs. Parker was born on March 25, 1925, in Farley, daughter of George and Bertha (Beckman) Oberbroeckling. She married Raymond J. "Butch" Parker; he survives.
Also surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Joe (Deann) Harper of Austin; two sons, James Parker of Austin and Jeffery of San Diego; three grandchildren; two brothers, Donald and Arthur Oberbroeckling, both of Dubuque; and five sisters, Lucinda Clemen of Phoenix, Ariz., Mary Schmitt of Palatine, Ill., and Viola Bowling, Virginia Lopez and Germaine Weber, all of Dubuque.
