RAYMOND J. PARKER

Raymond J. Parker, 75, of Austin, Texas, formerly of Dubuque, died Tuesday, April 19, 1994, at home.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at Amey Hyltin Manor Funeral Home, Austin, with burial in Memorial Hill Park, Pflugerville, Texas.

Mr. Parker retired from the Navy with 30 years of service and from MCRD, San Diego, with 10 years service.

He was born on September 3, 1918, in Dubuque, son of James Monroe and Pearl (Rave) Parker.

He was preceded in death by his first wife, Helen Parker.

Surviving are his second wife, Lillian Blumhagen Parker, of Austin; two sons, James W. Parker, of Austin, and Jeffery (and Emilia) Parker, of San Diego; a daughter, Diann (and Joe) Harper, of Austin; three grandchildren, Kristin and Annetter Harper and James R. Parker; two brothers, Gene and Howard Parker, both of Iowa; and a sister, Marian Tinker of Michigan.
