Paul Nicks, 60, of 255 Bryant street, died at the family residence at 12:30 Tueaday morning after an illness of two months.

The remains may be viewed at the Behr-Bigelow funeral home after 6 o'clock Tuesday evening. The funeral will be from the funeral home to St. Columbkille's church at 9 o'clock Thursday morning. The burial will be in Mount Calvary cemetery.

Born Oct 31, 1910, he was united in marriage to Miss Regina Butlette (sic) at St. Mary's church here.

Survivors are his wife; one daughter, Mrs. Robert (Dorothy) Lagen, Elbridge, N. Y.; two sons, Charles, at home, and Paul, of Chicago; one sister, Miss Elizabeth Nicks, Dubuque; four brothers, Joseph and Nicholas Nicks, both of Dubuque; Peter Nicks, Chicago; and Ben Nicks, Shawnee, Kan., and two grandchildren, Patricia Ann and Robert Cole Lagen. He was preceded in death by two sisters and two brothers.
