BY DEATH

Timothy O'Connor Passes
Away At His Home Early Today

Timothy O'Connor of Epworth, pioneer resident of
Dubuque county, died at his home this morning at 9 o'clock. He was in his 76th year. Death followed an illness of a week's duration.

Funeral services will be held Friday morning from the residence to St. Patrick's church at Epworth at 9 o'clock, where a requiem mass will be said by the pastor, Rev. P. J. McNamara. Interment will be in the cemetery at Centralia.
Mr. O'Connor was one of the oldest subscribers of the Telegraph Herald, having taken this newspaper for a period of sixty years. He and his wife recently celebrated their sixieth wedding anniversary.

Deceased was born in Klimore, Ireland, May 28, 1848.

Besides his widow, two daughters, Mrs. P. E. Kehoe, Epworth, and Mrs. Sadie Callahan and several grandchildren survive.
