DISTRICT COURT

In the case of the State against John Driscoll charged with assault with intent to commit great bodily injury upon one B. D. Schrader, the jury after having been out seventeen hours returned a verdict of guilty as charged in the indictment, but recommended the prisoner to the clemency of the court.
