Tony and Clara (Anstoetter) Jasper lived on a farm east of Farley until their retirement into town. Tony served on the Public School Board and one year on the St. Joseph High School Board. He hauled cream for the Farley Creamery when horses were the method of transportation. The Jasper’s had eight children: Roy, Emma, (Sister Mary Phillip, PBVM), Rita, John, James, Lois, Vera (Sister Mary Karen, PVBM) and Mary.
