Daniel Hill was in his mid-twenties when he began life in Farley. He was born in Pennsylvania. He and his wife Elizabeth were parents upon arriving here of a young son, Franklin. The Hills erected the second house in Farley. The house was later torn down to make room for the A.C. and P.F. Walker Store. The location now holds the Ross Body Shop at the N. corner of 4rth Ave. and 1st St. N.E.
