John J. Funk and Nicholas Smith, farmers of Mosalem Township got into a dispute yesterday. Smith claims Funk had torn down one of his fences, after some hot words Funk drew a revolver. Smith then retreated and coming to town appeared before Squire Gratz and swore out an information, charging Funk with assault. Constable Coffee arrested Funk.
