WEDDING CARDS – Invitations have been received by numerous persons in the city to attend the wedding festivities of Frank D. E. Robison and Miss Sallie E. Hathaway of this city. The nuptial are to be solemnized this evening in Philadelphia, after which the bride and groom depart on a wedding tour, arriving in Dubuque in time to hold a wedding reception at the house of M. S. Robison next week, Thursday evening. Owing to the distance, want of time, and the abolishing of the dead head systems on the railroads we will be unable to attend the nuptials of Frank and Sallie, but will present ourselves in best bib and tucker when they reach the Key City west.
