YOUNG WOMAN AT REST
~
Miss Ida Bistram Sleeps
In Mt. Calvary – Funeral Large
~
The funeral of the late Miss Ida Bistram was held from the family residence, 1012 Lincoln Avenue, on Sunday afternoon at 3 o’clock. The funeral was largely attended and proved the high esteem in which the young woman was held. Miss Bistram was universally beloved, and her death has been the occasion of universal regret throughout the entire city where she was known. Her life was one of rare beauty and loveliness and peaceful and beautiful as her life. Endowed with rare qualities of mind and heart, a true woman in every sense of the word, the patient, beautiful life was a help and a blessing to all who come in contact with her, and death removed from the world a woman of blessed influence and noble life.

The funeral was held from the residence to the Sacred Heart Church, thence to Mt. Calvary Cemetery. The pallbearers were: Messer’s Leonard Rottmeier, John Wenpach, john Deckert, Joseph Huber, John Welty, and Frank Grode.
