Another class of solider clerks qualified to keep the Army’s paper work moving at double time, was graduated recently from the Armored School’s Clerical Department, Fort Knox, Ky. Graduates include Private First Class Verne A. Mauer, 2775 Muscatine Street. Men are sent to this unique institution from armored divisions from all over the country. Courses vary in length from 4 to 14 weeks. Upon completion of their training, the graduates return to their units to become technical specialists.
