A quick promotion was received recently by Private Harold Lovett, the grandson of Mrs. John Hayes, 805 ½ Central Avenue. He was advanced to the rank of sergeant at Camp Callahan, Calif. where he is stationed in the Transportation Department of Headquarters. Sgt. Lovett was inducted in November, 1942
