Charles E. Loizeaux, the son of Dr. and Mrs. C. E. Loizeaux, 1095 Mt. Pleasant, has been advanced in rating to yeoman third class after having passed the Navy requirements for promotion at the United States Naval Training Station, Great Lakes, Ill. Yeoman Loizeaux received his basic training at the naval School at Great Lakes, and then was assigned to duty in the Thirty First regimental office at the same station.
