Dr. Fred A. LEWIS, formerly of Ottumwa, died at Spirit Lake. Mrs. LEWIS, formerly Miss Gertrude BROWN.... Dr. LEWIS was a nephew of Geo. W. BALL and Wm. C. BALL of this city. Remains will be brought to Ottumwa for burial....
