Mediapolis Church Question

On the page
http://iagenweb.org/desmoines/Churches/Churches.htm
of the IAGenWeb Des Moines site there is this statement:
"In 1920 Joe Penland opened a theatre in this building. Later the
building was destroyed or torn down and a house was built here. Edna
Penland, Mediapolis piano teacher, lived in this house in the 1950's."
It is unclear whether the statement refers to the Mediapolis
Presbyterian Church, The Old Latty Church. or the Free Mission Church.
Can anyone help?
