Searching for Ancestors

If anyone there in DesMoines County has any information on any of the surnames I've listed, it would be appreciated if you could let me know, I'm researching my husbands ancestors, their given names were Charles Peter Rodin, Johanna Westlund Rodin, Guy Clifford Rodin, Ada Pearl Kimbrough Rodin, William Heinrich Timmerman, Anna Hahn Timmerman, William Henry Timmerman, Mary Catherine Penrod, Lewis Penrod and Amelia Fye, any help will be greatly appreciated as I'm just getting started on this. I live in Ohio and my husband and I were there in Iowa on the 13th of November 2002, found some things but still need a lot more. Thank you.
