Jeffrey Doyle “Jeff” Spears, 56, of Mediapolis, Iowa died Wednesday, Sept. 5 at GRMC.

Born Jan. 9, 1962 to Doyle and Mamie Jean (Stapp) (Spears) of Mediapolis. He is survived by brothers Myron, Ron, Bruce and Dennis and children Melissa, Bryan, McKenzie and Rob.

Jeff enjoyed racing, fishing, music, farming and watching Cubs games. He loved his family, friends, home cooked meals and God.

Friends will be celebrating him at 4 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 15, at Granny’s pond.
