Frances Helen Keitzer, 76, of Route 2, Mediapolis, died at 9:40 p.m. Sunday, March 13, 1988, at Burlington Medical Center. Born June 12, 1911, in Burlington, she was the daughter of Joseph and Alvina Ruschill. She married Jasper Lloyd Keitzer March 4, 1931, in Burlington. She was a homemaker and a member of the Mediapolis United Methodist Church and was active in the United Methodist Women. Surviving are her husband; two sons, Howard Keitzer and Robert Keitzer, both of Mediapolis; one daughter, Pauline Magdefrau, Fargo, N.D.; two sisters, Erma Evans, West Burlington, and Alice Lutteneger, Burlington; four brothers, Clarence Ruschill, Fort Lauderdale, Fla., Carl Ruschill, Denmark, Fremont Ruschill, Burlington, and Norman Ruschill, Cheyenne, Wyo.; and six grandchildren , and two greatgranddaughters. Visitation will be from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Tuesday at Fry Funeral Chapel, Mediapolis. The service for Mrs. Keitzerwill be 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at
the Mediapolis United Methodist Church with Dr. Gwin Muzorewa officiating. Burial will be in Kossuth Cemetery. Memorials have been established for the Mediapolis United Methodist Church and the Burlington Medical Center Cancer Unit.
