Mediapolis (IA) -- Frank Hohmbraker, 92-year-old retired farmer, died in Mediapolis Care Center at 9:50 a.m. Sunday, February 20.

The son of Gustav and Mary Laubscher Hohmbraker, he was born April 28, 1884, in Des Moines county. He married Mabel Brockway January 14, 1914, in Burlington. He was a member of the Kingston United Methodist church.

Surviving: The wife; sister,. Nellie Dean, Mediapolis. Graveside service, 3 p.m. Wednesday, Reverend Clarence Burns, Kossuth cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to Kingston Methodist church.
