Morning Sun (IA) -- Curtis A. Kissinger, 77, a former resident of Oakville and Burlington, died Saturday, June 12, at Sunrise Terrace Care Center, Winfield.

He was born December 19, 1898, at Mediapolis, the son of Henry and Martha Huffman Kissinger. He married Beda Ann Williams December 27, 1924, at Madison, Florida; she died in 1957.

Surviving: Son, Earl, Carthage, Illinois; two daughters, Doris Johnson, Muscatine, and Eloise Haile, Burlington; two brothers, Paul, Tucson, Arizona, and Harold, Morning Sun; two sisters, Helen Crouch, New London and Margaret Stephenson, Burlington; 12 grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

Funeral: 10:30 Tuesday, Pierce funeral home, Reverend Wendell Wright; Elmwood cemetery.
