Mediapolis (IA) -- Mrs. Nellie Walker, 80, died Thursday, September 16, at Mediapolis Care Center.

She was born in Franklin Township April 2, 1901, to Richard and Anne Todd Logan. She married Forrest Walker April 20, 1926, in Mediapolis; he died in June 1981.

She was a member of First United Methodist Church and the King's Daughters.

Surviving: nieces and nephews. Funeral: 2 p.m. Saturday, First United Methodist Church, the Reverend Gene Gardiner; Kossuth Cemetery.

Memorials to First United Methodist Church and the King's Daughters have been established at Fry Chapel.
