Mrs. Jessie Marie Wirt, 79, 3013 Market Street, died Wednesday at her home.

She was born September 6, 1904, the daughter of Andrew and Annie Dravis Kneedy, in Burlington. She married Frank Barnhart Wirt on March 31, 1922, in Burlington.

Surviving: Four daughters, Mrs. Leona Mae Colley, Mrs. Violet Darlene Cook, Mrs. Carrie Sally Springsteen, and Miss Twyla Wirt, all of Burlington; two sisters, Mrs. Dorothy Brockway and Mrs. Ella Miller, both of Mediapolis; five grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.

Funeral: 2:30 p.m., Friday, Prugh's Chapel, Reverend Jack L. Villont officiating. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery.
