Anna Louise Fouts, 79, of 2501 Mount Pleasant Street, Burlington, died at 4:45 a.m. Monday, December 11, 1995, at Burlington Medical Center.

Born July 6, 1916, in Burlington, she was the daughter of Fred and Emma Johnsen. She married Russell K. Fouts on October 5, 1935, at Rock Island, Illinois. He died February 14, 1971.

Mrs. Fouts had been a production worker at IRC-TRW.

She was a member of First Christian Church and Steamboat Senior Center.

Survivors include two daughters, Shirley Hand and Sharon Caldwell, both of Burlington; five grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; one brother, Paul Johnsen of Kingston; and one sister, Mary Mehaffy of Biggsville, Illinois.

Besides her husband, she was preceded in death by her parents, one brother and two grandchildren. Friends may call after 9 a.m. Wednesday in Prugh's Chapel.

There will be no family visitation. A graveside committal service for Mrs. Fouts will be 2 p.m. Thursday in Aspen Grove Cemetery, with the Reverend Traverce Harrison officiating.
