Mr. Lloyd K. Piper, 37, of Mediapolis, died at Burlington hospital on Sunday (October 25, 1964).

The son of Charles and Etta Piper, he was born February 11, 1927, at Mediapolis. On May 2, 1959, he married Jere Andrews.

He had been employed at the J. I. Case Company in Burlington for 20 years. He was a 6-year Navy veteran.

Surviving are his wife; his mother; one brother, Walter (Squeek) of Mediapolis; two sisters, Mrs. Maxine Smith, Newton, and Mrs. Wanda John Cedar Rapids. Two brothers and his father died earlier. Services will be Wednesday at 2 p.m. at Fry Chapel in Mediapolis. The Reverend Eldon Haworth will officiate. Burial will be in Kossuth cemetery in Mediapolis.
