Mrs. Daisy A. Logan, 74, Winfield, died in Henry County Health Center at 3 p.m. Wednesday, January 3.

Born September 29, 1904, near Mediapolis, she was the daughter of George and Ida Adolphson Piper. She married Everett Logan at Mediapolis August 8, 1923; he died March 31, 1959.

She was a 50-year member of Winfield United Methodist church and a member of the RNA, American Legion auxiliary, and Senior Women's club.

Surviving: Son, Robert. Winfield; sister, Lela Niehaus, Mediapolis; two grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

Funeral: 2 p.m. Friday, United Methodist church, Reverend Harold El Schirm; Winfield Scott Township cemetery. A memorial has been established at Barton-McKasson funeral home.
