Lynne GanderLynne Gander, 44, of Waterloo, died Sunday, October 30, 2011 at the Cedar Valley Hospice Home.
She was born July 11, 1967 in Burlington, the daughter of Ken and Shirley Anderson Aspelmeieer.
She married Anthony “Tony” McBride on June 26, 1993 in Waterloo. He died November 5, 2001. She later married Charles Gander on October 1, 2004 in Waterloo.
Lynne was a teacher at the Sunnyside Temple School and later with the Sun Rose Christian School.
Survivors include her husband; her son, D.J. Gander at home; two step-daughters, Courtney and Chelsa McBride, both of Waterloo, her father of Mediapolis, and her brother, Dave (LeeAnn) Aspelmeier of West Branch.
She was preceded in death by her mother.
Lyne was the niece of Bill and Charlene Aspelmeier, Wapello.
Services were Wednesday, November 2nd at Cedar Valley Community Church in Waterloo.
