Gladys M. "Ann" Rollins, 80, of Burlington, died at 10:12 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 8, 2001, at her home.
Born Feb. 22, 1921, in Mediapolis, she was the daughter of Julius C. and Mary Louise Schroeder Fladt. On July 20, 1957, she married Lawrence E. Rollins in Oquawka, Ill.
Mrs. Rollins was a homemaker. She also worked for Hope Haven for 10 years.
She was a member of St. Paul's Catholic Church. She enjoyed cooking, baking and sewing.
Survivors include her husband; four daughters, Beverly Sammons and Margaret Cechota, both of Burlington, Barbara Hodson of Piedmont, Mo., and Penny Brueck of Des Moines; one stepdaughter, Vickie Baldosier of Fairfield; 12 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; and one sister, Marjorie Rose Martin of Davenport.
She was preceded in death by her parents, one daughter, two sisters and three brothers.
Visitation will be from 7 to 9 p.m. Monday at Prugh's Chapel.
The funeral for Mrs. Rollins will be at 9 a.m. Tuesday at Prugh's Chapel, with Monsignor John Hyland officiating. Burial will be in Aspen Grove Cemetery.
Memorials have been established for St. Paul's Catholic Charities and Crossroads Hospice.
