Frances A. Cline, 82, of 7751 125th St., Burlington, died at 10 a.m. Friday, March 8, 1996, at Burlington Medical Center.
Born Sept. 6, 1913, in Des Moines County, she was the daughter of Charles Henry and Eva Marie Anderson Timmerman. She married James Herman Cline on March 23, 1940, in Kahoka, Mo. He died Dec. 31, 1976.
Mrs. Cline was a homemaker and of the Protestant faith.
She grew and sold beautiful irises.
Survivors include her nephew, Michael Key of Burlington, whom she raised as a son; three sisters, Esther Warth and Wilma Stafford, both of Burlington, and Carol Cluney of Danville; one brother, Ernest Arthur Timmerman of Burlington; nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
Besides her husband, she was preceded in death by her parents, an infant son, two brothers and three sisters.
Visitation will begin at noon Tuesday in Prugh's Chapel.
A graveside committal service for Mrs. Cline will be 1030 a.m. Thursday in Memory Gardens Cemetery, with the Rev. Gary Chapman officiating.
