Burial Set at Burlington for Galesburg Nurse

Committal services of Miss Augusta Brenneke, well-known nurse at Galesburg who was a native of Burlington, will be held at Memorial Park cemetery, Burlington, Thursday afternoon (July 8, 1937) at 4:30 o'clock. Burial services will be held at Horton, Hinchliff & Wilson funeral home, Galesburg, Thursday at 2 p.m. Reverend M. S. Stuart will officiate.

Miss Brenneke died at St. Mary's hospital, Galesburg, at 7:50 a. m. today (July 6, 1937). She had been ill with gallbladder trouble.

She was born in Burlington, April 8, 1894, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. H. A. Brenneke, who survive. She was educated in Burlington schools, and upon going to Galesburg, took nurse's training at Cottage hospital.

She bad been a registered nurse at Galesburg 20 years.

A brother, Ralph, and a sister, Mrs. A. M. Cuddeback, both of Burlington, survive, in addition to five other brothers and two other sisters.
