Hampton (IA) -- Elsie M. Stodt, 92, Hampton, formerly of Burlington, died Thursday night, November 10 (1983), at Franklin General Hospital.

She was born September 9, 1891, in West Burlington, to William and Mary Dargas Schultke. She married Frank J. Stodt, January 7, 1909, in West Burlington. He died April 4, 1967.

She was a homemaker. She was a member of St. Mary Catholic Church, West Burlington, and Degree of Honor Lodge.

Surviving: Two sons, Leo and Paul, both of West Burlington; two daughters, Mrs. Bernice McCoy, Hampton, and Mrs. Crystal Stoykovich, Lynnwood, California; 18 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren.

Services: 9 a.m. Tuesday, St. Mary Catholic Church, Father Louis Mulligan; St. Mary's Cemetery. A memorial for St. Mary Organ Fund has been established.
