Troy Dean Hutchinson, 30, of West Burlington, formerly of Bullhead City, Ariz., died at 1 a.m. Wednesday, Jan 22, 1997, as a result of vehicle accident on Iowa 79 east of Middletown.
Born Sept. 15, 1966, in Burlington, he is the son of Robert D. and Romajean Walsh Hutchinson.
Mr. Hutchinson was a 1985 graduate of Burlington High School. He worked in the Park and Recreation Department for Bullhead City, Ariz., before returning to Burlington. He was Hazmat certified. He enjoyed racing, mountain climbing, three-wheeling, outdoor activites and spending time with friends and family.
He was of the Lutheran faith.
Survivors include his father and stepmother, Robert D. and Becki Hutchinson of Hamden, Conn.; his mother and stepfather, Romajean and James Messer of Mount Pleasant; his grandparents, Francis and Evelyn Walsh and Clara "Sue" Hutchinson, all of Burlington; two sister, Chelli Schoof of Burlington and Mindee Hutchinson of West Burlington, one brother, Chad Hutchinson of Burlington; four stepsisters, Shelley Anderson of New London, Jodi Wenthe of Morrisville, N.C., Debbie Sasaki of Chicago, and Sarah Dennis of Champaign, Ill.; one step brother, Tony Dennis of Florida; two nieces; three nephews; several aunts, uncles and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather.

Burial will be in Burlington Memorial Park Cemetery.
