William Guffey
William "Bill" Guffey, 64, of Antioch, Calif., formerly of Burlington, died Friday, Nov. 9, 2007, at Delta Sutter Medical Center in Antioch.

Born Dec. 17, 1943, in Burlington, he was the son of William T. and Edna Guffey.

Mr. Guffey was a union roofer. He served in the Navy. He was a devoted Oakland Raiders fan.

Survivors include two sons, Bobby and Randy; one daughter, Lisa; several grandchildren; nieces and nephews; and his longtime love, Joanne.

He was preceded in death by his parents and his twin sister.

A memorial was held in Antioch.
