MONTICELLO, Iowa - Kevin C. Huberty, 56, of Monticello, formerly of Dyersville and Manchester, died Tuesday, Sept. 18, 2012, at St. Luke's Hospital, Cedar Rapids.

A Mass of Christian burial will be at 10 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 25, at St. Francis Xavier Basilica, Dyersville, with the Rev. Dennis Quint officiating. Inurnment will be in St. Francis Cemetery. Friends may call after 9 a.m. Thursday at the church. Kramer Funeral Home, Monticello, is in charge of arrangements.

Kevin was born on April 10, 1956, in Dubuque, son of Edward and Lois (Kramer) Huberty.

Surviving are a son, Mathias Huberty, of Sacramento, Calif.; a brother, Dan (Sue) Huberty, of Clyde Hill, Wash.; two sisters, Pam (Chuck) Kerker and Heidi (Dan) Deutmeyer, both of Dyersville; seven nieces and nephews, Shawn (Eunice) Kerker, Chad (Sandee) Kerker, Mark (Emily) Huberty and John Huberty, Audrey (Russ) Francois, Carly and Abby Deutmeyer; and an aunt, Eileen Vay, of Phoenix.

He was preceded in death by his parents; and a nephew, Jody Kerker.
