Hi Constance!
Thank you for your reply! Nancy is my cousin and we are in battle together!
I don't believe John nor Bridget had naturalization papers. The courthouse at Manchester was scoured for everything! Neither one could read or write, so they were very illiterate. John signed his Will with an "X".
We have Bridgets obit and Mary's but no info on where in Ireland they came from.
Bridgets death certificate says she was born in England! All census records say Ireland!
Go figure!
We have been at this for years and years! I don't think we will ever find our "home" in Ireland!
Also, John had no obit, that we can find anyway, and was buried on the home place in Delaware Co.
