LOOKING FOR ANY INFORMATION ON THE RICHARD AND LYDIA STARKEY FAMILY.THEY HAD SEVERAL CHILDREN. RUSHIA STARKEY IS MY GGRANDFATHER AND HE MARRIED A CECELIA FU?. HAVE BEEN SEARCHING FOR HER MAIDEN NAME FOR 20YRS. THEY WERE MARRIED IN DELAWARE CO. ON JAN. 9,1863 HAD A SON RICHARD O AND SHORTLY AFTER HIS BIRTH WENT TO SEVERY KS AND LIVED THER UNTIL THEY PASSED. BOTH OF THERE OBITS HAVE HER NAMED SPELLED DIFFERENT. THANKS JEAN
